How and why politicians, journalists, and scientists use analogy
We look at the ways that politicians, scientists, and journalists use analogy to sway the opinion of diverse audiences to get their point across. Analogy is a powerful toll to sway public opinion, make sense of ambiguous or confusing events (like 9/11) generate new ideas, and solve problems ranging from the mundane to the profound.
