Is there a link for a way to disable militia motorcycles, that the crowd can drop should they be chased? Ballbearings are hard to find, and the probably have a run on them, so they are hard to find. I am thinking about the old caltrups that they used to drop in front of charging horses (a four spiked ball meant to injure the horses and dismount the riders). If the crowds could drop some spikes behind them, makes the militia run on foot, and takes up time and resources to find 300 bike tires every 3 hours. Just an idea to stop the bikes from roaming the streets. Garden hoses between light posts are good at night (I know becuase some asshole did it to me at 4 am on a dark road- you need alot of skill to duck those babys). This is pretty non-violent, and a good defensive measure. Plus, if people start to take lights out in the neighbourhoods, night patrols become hard, with street signs down and no number plates on houses, the can drop the efficiency of the raids.
