The first and only sentence I tried to confirm between the different translations of the Rafsanjani speech differed in such a critical way (see below) that I’m wondering if anyone knows if there exists some full "peer-reviewed" translation of the original speech?

Is this the complete speech here? خواندنیها - Khandaniha - ویدئو کامل خطبه نماز جمعه رفسنجانی 26 تیر ماه

If so then if should be easier to translate it from the YouTube videos than over a bad quality phone line?

The comment that seemed strange, that I wanted to confirm was Rafsanjani telling just the government (and not the people) to follow the law.
