It does make me wonder though about what her mother said about her being on a side street and how she was on her way back to the car when she was shot.
It is somewhat interesting that this comes out now on the day before her 40th day of mourning though. ;)

More than a month after Neda Aqa-Soltan was killed in the post-election frenzy in Iran, a key witness to the incident moves to set the record straight.
